Sidharth Malhotra to play Ram in Ram Lakhan Remake

Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor starer film Ram Lakhan gaining TRP in recent days also on TV and its song are also very popular till now. Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty already had announced a remake of Subhash Ghai directed film. According to the sources after a many assumptions and controversies the lead cast of the film has been locked. Earlier days there was the news that Ranveer Singh will play Lakhan in the film and now the Ram's role also being finalized by the makers. If reports to believed Sidharth Malhotra will play Ram's role in the film. If all the things goes right then the announcement of the cast also being official soon. 90 percent script of the film has been written and in the next two months recce and pre-production work will also get start. The shooting of the film can start from the end of the year and will release in the next year.
