Popular singer Ravinder Jain died at the Lilavati hospital of Mumbai

Known for giving hits one after the other in the period of 70s and 80s, popular singer Ravindra Jain on Friday passed away at the Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. He was suffering from problem in kidney and because of this he got urine infection. He was not keeping well from quite long time.On Wednesday morning, he was admitted to the Lilavati hospital of Mumbai, where he was declared dead on Friday. He died at the age of 71. Music director Ravindra Jain gave many great songs to Bollywood in which the 1985 released movie "Ram Teri Ganga Mali", for which he got the award of best music director at the Filmfare. He was also nominated for the song "Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se" as best singer and composer.   He only gave music in the TV serial "Ramayana". He was even awarded Padma Shree in the year 2015. There was not light in his eyes, but still Ravindra has the latent of giving songs that shined out through the music industry. He gave music in many movies like Chor Machaye Shor, Geet Gaata Chal, Chitchor and Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se. He also got a big break through Raj Kapoor through which he gave hit songs likes Ram Teri Ganga Maili, Do Jasoos, and Heena.  
It is being said hat Ravindra Jain was very hard working and he never used to leave any work mid way. He during the recording of the film Saudagar got to know about the death of his father but still he completed all the work and hen went for his home.
