Padmavati Row : Aamir Khan said attack on Bhansali was unfortunate

Producer-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was shooting his next directorial venture Padmavati starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Shahid Kapoor in Jaipur.  During the shooting in Jaigarh fort some people of Karni Sena related to Rajput community attack Bhansali and they even vandalized on the sets. The whole Bollywood criticized the attack on filmmaker Bhansali and now Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan also has condolence the incident. Aamir Khan said whatever happened on Padmavati sets it was unfortunate and sad. No one has a right to take the law in hand in India. The people of Rajasthan are lovely and they share their love for each other. I myself has shot some movies in Rajasthan and my experience was very good. But when this kind of incident happens it disrespects the people of Rajasthan. Now Rajput wants to change the title of Padmavati This is to notice that Karni Sena allegedly blamed Sanjay Leela Bhansali that one romantic scene is being filmed in between Alauddin Khilji (Ranveer Singh) and Padmavati (Deepika Padukone) which is a dream sequence according to the script of the film. By denying these blames Bhansali productions cleared that there is no dream sequence in the film which has romance or any objectionable scene. This actor dropped his surname for supporting Bhansali Sanjay Leela Bhansali said in a statement that he doesn't want to hurt anyone's sentiments and the production house even has appealed to the community and groups to please co-operate with the team to shoot the film.
