Laxman, which is played by Salman Khan is a special boy who takes the time to understand things, and everyone makes fun of him. His only friend and support system is his younger brother Bharat, played by Sohail Khan. Bharat is Laxman's only friend and their brotherly bond is the main highlight of the story. Unfortunately, when the war begins and Bharat joins the army and leaves for the war scene. Laxman alone and heartbroken continues with his life with a belief in his heart that one day his brother will return and everything will be back to normal. REVIEW: - After watching gems like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Sultan’, the expectations were way too high from the movie 'Tubelight'. And the trailer was also interesting enough to drive the audience to the theatre. But unfortunately, the movie is nothing but a beautiful package, minus the soul. The first half of the movie is awesome, where we get to know the characters. The brother’s love and bonding scenes are amazing and you wish to watch more of them together. Salman and Sohail's real life bonding and camaraderie bring Laxman and Bharat's characters live and real.  Late veteran actor Om Puri like all his previous roles fits flawlessly in the character of Banne Chacha, in his last movie too. Actress Zhu Zhu’s presence didn't help the movie, instead, it made it too slow and just killed the momentum of the story. Child artist Matin Rey Tango was awesome and his chemistry with Salman is another highlight that keeps the movie going. Sohail Khan has done a decent work, and supporting actor Zeeshan Ayub is also good in his portrayal of Narayan. Without a doubt, the best thing about the movie is Salman Khan, he has done a phenomenal job and once again proved that he can act really well. You will really feel for him when he cries and smiles. The ending of the movie is sure to make you remember the ending of  Sridevi and Kamal Hassan's 'Sadma'. No, here we didn't actually reveal the ending of the movie to you. The movie has a happy ending unlike 'Sadma' but is just too weak. WHY TO WATCH: - The reason to watch this film is Salman Khan. He has given another good performance in this movie. The two Brother's Bonding is shown beautifully in the movie and it will make you smile and cry at the same time.
