Plot - "Sallu ki Shaadi" as the name suggests should relate to our beloved Bhaijaan of Bollywood Salman Khan. Let's make it clear that it doesn't have to do anything with the actor personally, however, here there is a guy whose name is "Sallu" and it's the story of his wedding. Nevertheless, we cannot deny that Bollywood's Sallu Bhai plays a major part here. The fact is movie's character "Sallu" is deeply inspired by Salman Khan and vows against marriage since his ideal Salman Khan still hasn't tied up wedding knot. Zeenat and Shahnawaz are the duo who had their match making in a movie theatre which was a screening of Salman Khan's hit film Maine Pyar Kiya way back in 1989. The duo tied the wedding knot. They had two children “Sallu” and “Ilmi” and their life was going on full fledge happy moments until when Sahhnawaz lost his life due to cancer.

It's been twenty years now, and it's the time for Zeenat to respect Shahnawaz's last wish to get their children married. Now, this is the challenge here because Sallu is a devoted fan of his namesake Salman Khan and has settled that he will remain a single man for whatever length of time that his idol does! Sallu ki Shaadi was expected to be released today but got postponed.

Review: This is a comedy action film directed by Mohammad Israr Ansari. The cast crew includes Arshin Mehta, Zeenat Aman, and Asrani, Razak Khan, Kiran Kumar. This definitely seemed dedicated to actor Salman Khan. Mohammad Israr Ansari not only directed the movie he also did the screenplay and other required finishing work.

This movie has a good direction complying with a good editing work and screenplay. We didn't find anything great to boast upon. The script is an average one with a poor cinematography. Production quality may be good but all things good to the credit this movie couldn't be credited by more than one star.

Why watch or not watch: The movie is not a watch. It has acquired only 1 star in our rating. It's a below average movie, nothing to boast. It doesn't seem to gain any profit.
