Madhur Bhandarkar completed script of Indu Sarkar based on emergency

Bollywood filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has ended work of writing script of his next flick Indu Sarkar and the director of Fashion, Page 3, and Heroine has shared this news on social media. He shared one picture of the script and shared that he has completed scripting of that film. Madhur Bhandarkar tweeted, After months of research & meeting politicians, journalists, photographers, authors & common men from the emergency era finally the script of Indu Sarkar. The film is allegedly based on the emergency era in India during 1975 and 1977 (21 months) and that time prime minister Indira Gandhi applied emergency in the whole India. However, Madhur Bhandarkar has not revealed about the cast and story of the film. This is to notice that Madhur has taken this title after being inspired by Indira Gandhi's name like Indira Sarkar to Indu Sarkar. Kirti to start shooting of Madhur Bhandarkar's film Earlier the film Pink fame actress Kirti Kulhari revealed that she has been signed for the main role in Madhur Bhandarkar's film Indu Sarkar. Rumors are that Kirti will play the lead role of Indira Gandhi in the film and maybe Madhur has written the lead role inspired from Indira Gandhi. Earlier there were the rumors that maybe Radhika Apte can play the lead role in the film but it didn't happen. Pink film Box office collection This is to notice from the starting of his career Madhur Bhandarkar always has made female-centric movies so now it will be interesting to see how Madhur will portray the character of Indira Gandhi.
