I Would Like To Be The Part Of Good Cinema Says Ishaan Khatter

Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother Ishaan Khatter will be making his film debut with Majid Majidi directorial ‘Beyond The Clouds’; now, this is a huge for this young actor, at the young age of 21 he got the chance to work with such filmmakers is a big thing. After that Ishaan will be seen with Sridevi daughter Jhanvi Kapoor in Shahshank Khaitan directorial ‘Dhadak’, which will be the Hindi remake of Marathi Blockbuster ‘Sairat’. Ishaan said that he would love to be the part of good cinema in future, “I would be really happy to work in films having relevant content with which I can connect emotionally. I would not like to limit myself to certain kind of cinema or roles. I would be happy to explore as many avenues as possible”, he said. Talking about how he got the role in Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond The Clouds’, he said, “when I got the call from Honey Tehran, the casting director of Majidi sir, there was no point of saying no, it’s really a good break for me, I am a huge admirer of Majidi sir, he is one of the greatest filmmakers of all time. I just wanted to be a part of the good film and this certainly is a good film. The experience I got working with his something which I will never forget”, he said. He will be seen with Malavika Mohanan in the movie, he will be Malavika’s younger brother in the film. Malavika is a known face in South Indian film Industry but this will be her first Hindi film and it will be good to see her with Ishaan in this film. The release date of the movie has not been announced as of yet, let’s see when it comes out, it’s winning hearts in the Film Festivals and we are waiting to watch it in the theatre.
