World biggest film city situated near Hyderabad 'Ramoji' , here many films are shot, but talking about special films then Baahubali, Chennai Express, The Dirty Picture are also filmed here. According to the VP of the Ramoji Filmcity, this film city is recorded in Guinness World Records, it is situated in 2000 acres and more than 2500 films are shot over here. Currently, shooting of Baahubali 2 is going on in this film city. Ramoji has more than 500 set locations. More than 200 films are shot in a year. There are many gardens, more than 50 studio floors, Authorised set, facility to make the digital film, Outdoor location, also has the lab of High Technology. Here it has costume design location, Makeup, Set Production, Camera, Equipment to make the films, Audio production, Digital Postproduction and Film processing. 20 Hollywood films, whereas 40 Indian films are shot at a time in Ramoji Filmcity. This film city has Railway station, Airport, Temple, Palace, Posh Colony, City, Jungle, Oceans, Rivers, Market, Hospital, Court, Gurudwara, Mosque, Central jail, Playground. Here things get changes according to the script of the films or serial. The shooting of Chennai Express is done here itself. Bigg waterfall of Baahubali was also made here. Well, special effects of Robot were also done in Ramoji. From Shooting of Hrithik's Krrish and Shahrukh's Dilwale is done here only. During the shooting of Sarkar Raaj, Amitabh was here for a long time. According to Media Manager Sumit Verma, there is even a hall with the name Movie magic, where people are given information regarding the films.
