kapil Sharma trapped in one more case, can get imprisonment for 3 years

Comedian Kapil Sharma's troubles are getting increased. Kapil is seen getting trapped in case of Illegal construction of his office in Andheri and for cutting the Mangroves. Now Kapil is again trapped for doing illegal construction in his flat. FIR has been filed against him. If he is found guilty, then he can be punished for 3 years in Jail. Kapil Sharma lives in Goregaon on the 9th floor of DLH Enclave. In the FIR it is said that Kapil has done illegal construction in his flat. Apart from Kapil, Complaint has been filed against 5 other flat's owner and Builder, but no action is yet taken. A police officer told that owners of the house till now have not removed the Illegal construction of the house and even has not given any answer to BMC. The case has been filed under section 53 (7) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act (MRTP), 1966 against Kapil and another house owner. Conviction under the section invites a jail term varying from one month to three years, and a fine of Rs 2,000-5,000. As soon as Kapil tweets against BMC for taking Bribe, this issue got raised. Now Kapil Sharma is only seen getting trapped in it. Now an RTI activist Chad Patel has filed a complaint against him for destroying Mangroves. MNC says that they will soon present an evidence against Kapil Sharma. Shalini said, 'CM Devendra Furnaces should not support Kapil Sharma. We will soon present evidence that how Kapil Sharma broke all the rules of BMC for his benefit. Kapil Sharma is a liar.
