Why was Deepika not selected for Tom Cruise film ?

Deepika Padukone has thought to fix her step in Hollywood. She has given audition for Tom Cruise starrer film 'The Mummy'. However, casting directed has not selected Deepika Padukone right now. According to the report, 'Deepika has given audition for lead role in the film The Mummy. A source linked to this project told that more auditions are seen for the film. If Deepika's name is not finalised then she could be sigh for some other role in the film. Huma Qureshi has also given auditions for this film, but now the news in British actress Annabelle Wallis has been signed.
