Bombay HC stay on releasing any portion of film inspired by Sheena Bora case

Film which was to made on Sheena Bora Murder case. Bombay High Court has ordered producer and director not to release any other portion of the film, apart from the trailer released, till a petition filed by arrested accused Peter Mukherjea's sister is heard. Movie Dark Chocolate is going to be made on this high profile murder case. This is been told that acused Peter Mukherjea's sister Shangom Das Gupta one petition is pending in the court. Mukherjea's sister has filed a petition in the court for stopping the release of Dark Chocolate. Shangomsays that the film will affect a fair oppotunity to examine Peter. https://youtu.be/LzymofIYXzg The senior counsel appearing for Shangom, Venkatesh Dhond, told a division bench of Justice SC Dharmadhikari and Justice GS Patel that Peter could not file the petition himself as he is in jail. Dhond said, 'We will initiate the process and include Peter as the second petitioner.' During this, Kolkata-based director Agnidev Chaterjee, who was present in court, informed the bench that the shooting of the movie is over and it is presently in the post-production stage.
