Baaghi is inspired from mythological story Ramayana : Sabbir Khan

Tiger and Shraddha Kapoor starring Baaghi is full of action packed film but its director Sabbir Khan says that the film is inspired from mythological story Ramayana. Sabbir Says that he watched Telugu movie Varsham made in 2004 on the suggestion of Sajid Nadiadwala and after this the idea of this film came in my mind. Sabbir said in an interview that Sajid show me telugu movie Varsham 2004, he has the rights of the film. After watching the film I said to Sajid that there is one thing interesting which is it is inspired from Ramayana. That's why I thought that If we tell the story of Ramayana in modern way then it will become a amazing movie. I took 9 months time to write the script of the film. That's why Baaghi is adaption of Ramayana for me, there is good love story and action in the film. Sabbir said that it doesn't affect that people doesn't know the inspiration of Ramayana they just want to watch Tiger and Shraddha on screen and their action. He said that people think that this is a action film and I also don't want to change their perception because action songs are universal and people enjoy it very much. Now when the promotion has started that's why I am sharing this. Sabbir wants to take Baaghi as one of the best action movies in India.
