Mohit Suri Might Cast Aditya Roy Kapoor And Shraddha Kapoor Again After ‘Aashiqui 2’

Adita Roy Kapur, shraddha Kapoor

Mohit Suri created magic when he came up with ‘Aashiqui 2’ in 2013, it starred Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role, who became stars after this film. In fact, it was this film, which gave them the mainstream attention, before this Aditya did movies like ‘London Dreams’, ‘Action Replay’ and ‘Ye Jawani Hai Deewani’, but he was never seen as the main guy in the movie until ‘Ashiqui 2’ and same goes with Shraddha.

In a recent interview, Mohit was asked about working with Aditya again, to which Mohit replied that he is working on a script right now and will be working with Aditya very soon. He was also asked about Shraddha, to which he said that he hasn’t thought about that as of now. “I would love to work with her again, I share a great bond with both of them”, he said.

Well, it’s been reported that he will be working with Farhan Akhtar in his next movie, which happens to be a father-son love story. “I approached Farhan recently with my script. He really liked it, I need another actor to play an important role”, he stated.

The report also says that Aditya might play the lead role with Farhan in that movie, which quite frankly will be interesting to see. However, Mohit denied that report and says that it’s not true and he’ll let us know if any development happens.

Mohit’s last directorial work was Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Half Girlfriend’, which was a commercial hit but was bashed by the critics. He has worked with Shraddha in three films, which includes, ‘Aashiqui 2’, ‘Ek Villain’ and ‘Half Girlfriend’. Let’s see when we will get to see their fourth collaboration.
