South Indian Actor Dulquer Salmaan To Make His Bollywood Debut In Irrfan Khan’s ‘Karwan’

Dulquer Salmaan who has made the name in the South Indian Film Industry is now all set to make his Bollywood debut. He is one of the best South Indian young actors, he started his career in 2012 and went on to do many films like ‘5 Sundarikal’, ‘Second Show’, ‘Charlie’, ‘Vaayai Moodi Pesavum’ and the list goes on, he also has few more South Indian projects right now. And now he has been cast in Irrfan Khan starrer ‘Karwan’. This will be a road trip movie, where Irrfan Khan and Dulquer Salmaan’s character will get to know each other. Earlier, there were speculations that Abhishek Bachchan will play the role but then he left the film and now Dulquer Salmaan will play his part. As per the rumours YouTube star Mithila Palkar will play the female lead, however, nothing is announced as of yet, it was also speculated that Kriti Kharbanda has been approached for the movie. It would be interesting to see which actor will get the female lead if you watch YouTube videos, then you’ll know that Mithila is an amazing actress, she can just pull off any role, she is in need of a right kind of break of Bollywood. The character in the movie will have to speak Malayalam in the movie and Kriti Kharbanda has done some South Indian films, so that might help her. Well, the movie looks interesting, it will be directed by Akash Khurana, who has been seen in the movies like ‘Barfi’, ‘Taxi No, 9211’, ‘Kurbaan’, ‘David’ and many more, he directed movies like ‘Life On The Line’ and ‘Sawra’. It would be interesting to see him directing this movie with two of the finest actors. Irrfan Khan was recently seen in ‘Hindi Medium’, which was a Superhit, let’s see what he does next.
