It’s A good Time For Actors In The Industry Says Kajol

Kajol is one of the biggest female stars of Indian Film Industry, she has done movies like ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’, ‘Kuch Kuck Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’, ‘Baazigar’ and many more. Her Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan is considered to be the best of Bollywood; they are the best on-screen pairs of the Industry. Well, Kajol’s last Hindi film was ‘Dilwale’ which came in 2015 and it didn’t do that well and after that Kajol took a long break from films. She was recently seen with Dhanush in a South Indian Film, where she was appreciated for her performance. In a recent interview, she said that it is a good time to be an actor in the Industry right now; she believes that the scope for an actor today is more as the audiences are willing to see them in different roles. She was also asked about the ongoing controversy of ‘Padmavati’, to which she replied, “I would not like to comment on ‘Padmavati’ right now, I am sure it will be an amazing film, but I think that today actors can do any kinds of films they like. You can see a younger actor playing an older role and vice versa and get away with it”, she said. A few weeks ago, it was reported that Kajol will play the role of a single mother in Pradeep Sarkar’s upcoming directorial film. Now, it’s not official as of now but it would be interesting to see her in this kind of role. She played a mother in ‘My Name Is Khan’ but this looks different. Let’s see when we get to see Kajol on screen again, she is doing very limited movies as of late.
