'Sallu Ki Shaadi' Box Office Collection Day Wise Budget Hit or Flop

Was Sallu Ki Shaadi pitched at a wrong time? The first-day collection report of the film shows that this was released at a wrong time as it will need to compete with other films like Fukrey Returns, Firangi and the like. According to sources, the movie with mere five percent of occupancy could gain only 0.40 crore on the opening day. Box office collection reports predict the movie to collect another Approx. 0.40 crores on the second day or Day 0.60 Cr. As of now and mentioned in the beginning, the movie is not likely to do well in the theatres. The movie is screened only on a limited number of theatres. This also has affected the box office collections.  On the other end, Fukrey Returns is shown over 1200 screens countrywide. Though it is not the right time to make a hit or flop verdict, reports say that people flow in fewer numbers to the theatres to watch this movie. The movie received average ratings and reviews from the critics and audience. This will also affect the box office collection. Open to an average performance at the box office on Day 1, the movie is also predicted to have a tougher time in the upcoming days. If no miracle happens this movie will not bring lots of income to its makers. Written and directed by Mohammad Israr Ansari, the movie is dedicated to actor Salman Khan. Star cast of the romantic flick includes Bhaijaan, ZeenatAman, Kiran Kumar, Razak Khan, Arshin Mehta, and Asrani among others. Mohammad Israr Ansari, AnuAnas Khan, Arvind Kumar and Ratnakar Kumar jointly produce the movie under the banner of Aman Films Productions.
