Plot : Rock On 2 is a sequel of 2008 hit film Rock On, if you are going to search the taste of Rock On in this film, then you will be disappointed.
Story : From where the story of Rock On get over, from there itself they have started the sequel. Joi (
Arjun Rampal) has become a judge of a reality show in Mumbai. They have even opened their band, in which there is Kedar (
Purab Kohli). Whereas,
Farhan Akhtar leaves Mumbai and shifts in Meghalaya and does farming there. The story moves forward and then Jiah Sharma enters (
Shraddha Kapoor) and Uday (Shashank Arora). Uday plays Sarooj and Jiah sings the song, Recording of Jiah somehow reached the music company of Joi. Joi asks her to sing in his band, but during the live performance, Jiah is not able to sing. All are stunned seeing it. Why is she not able to sing? To know the reason, you have to see the film.

Sujaat Saudagar. Sujaat had shown amazing Meghalaya on the screens.
Acting : Farhan Akhtar, Purab Kohli, and Arjun Rampal has played their part good. But because of playing more attention on singing, Shraddha is not seen perfect in singing.
Shraddha Kapoor is fond of writing songs as well
Music : Music of Rock On was a big hit. But the song of its sequel has got a mixed review of the audience. Especially, Shraddha's voice is not liked much.
