Actress Shweta Tripathi Is Set To Join Zoya Akhtar’s Web Series ‘Made In Heaven’

‘Masaan’ fame actress Shweta Tripathi has got some interesting roles as of late, earlier this year she was seen with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in ‘Haramkhor’, which was critically appreciated. Now, Shweta has done some web series in the past and she is set to do one more ‘Made In Heaven’, which will be produced by Zoya Akhtar, the series will be featured on Amazon Prime. The shooting of this 10 episode series is currently going on in Delhi, the story of the series revolves around two wedding firms. It would be interesting to see Shweta in this series, she is an amazing actress and watching her in something like this sounds interesting. Recently, in an interview, she said that she is thrilled to work with this web series. “When I heard the script, I instantly became interested, the team is amazing and that is also one of the reasons to join. For me, length of the role doesn’t matter, quality does. Here, I am in safe hands, I am with the team for past one week and the crew is simply amazing. I am happy that I am here”, she said. Shweta has been working in the Industry since 2010 but she got the mainstream recognition when she appeared in 2015 critically acclaimed film ‘Masaan’, which was featured in many Film Festivals, after that she was seen in ‘Haramkhor’ and again impressed everyone with her performance. She has also done some series like ‘The Trip’ and ‘Kya Mast Hain Hum’. She has also done a movie titled ‘Zoo’, which was entirely shot on iPhone, the movie is all set to premiere at the Busan International Film Festival.
