See what Arshad Warsi said about attack on Bhansali and union budget

Recently during the shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming directorial venture Padmavati some group of Karni Sena attacked the director and his team in Jaipur. After this attack, the whole Bollywood got shocked and raised voice against this misbehaving activity. During that period the government also presented the union budget in the parliament. On these issues, actor Arshad Warsi saw little bit angry. During in recent media interaction, Arshad Warsi said the film industry gives a hefty amount as a tax to the government despite that they always target us. The government never care of it. When it was asked to Arshad Warsi that after budget it is said that there is no relief for films. On this Arshad Warsi said the film industry always has suffered it. Arshad told that there is no relief for Bollywood at all. Union Budget 2017 Arshad further added, forgive me but the film industry pays a hefty amount as a tax to the government and despite that, unfortunately, we are being targeted, intimidated, but no one cares, it is sad. Arshad talked about the attack on Bhansali and said it is wrong and it should not happen. Somehow the government should think of us that it is a community which is working and paying tax, they should care about our industry. I keep talking to Akshay about Jolly LLB 2 This is to notice that Arshad Warsi was not wrong in his views as everyone that if the films of Bollywood earns crores then they also pay plenty of their earnings as a tax to the government. The interesting thing is that entertainment tax is much higher than other taxes.
