Salman Khan And Anushka Sharma Starrer ‘Sultan’ Shortlisted For Shanghai International Film Festival

Last year’s movie of Salman Khan ‘Sultan’ is now lined up for the screening in Shanghai International Film Festival. The film happens to be the second biggest movie of the year following ‘Dangal’. In the sports drama, Salman Khan was seen as a wrestler, who wins Olympic gold medal for the country and then became the word champion in MMA. He was paired with Anushka Sharma in the movie, who was also a wrestler. It was a motivational film which gave us the message that nothing is impossible if we believe in ourselves. And the dialogues like ‘A man cannot lose if he is not defeated by himself’ boost a person. The movie was both critically and commercially appreciated. It was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Yash Raj Films. The event will be held from 17th June to 26th June. Getting a screen in that Film Festival is quite an accomplishment of the movie. Well, it a Salman Khan movie so, it doesn’t need any of that, being a Salman Khan movie and getting listed in a Film Festival is a big thing. Salman, who earlier was trolled for his senseless movies and weak performance, has proved that he can do good acting in a great script. It started from ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ in 2015, where he shocked everyone by his performance and then ‘Sultan’, which proved that he is not here to do films just for the sake of doing films. https://twitter.com/taran_adarsh/status/875299276548587520 His next, ‘Tubelight’, which is about to release next week, also seems interesting.
