Rajkummar Rao's Two Movies To Release On The Same Date

News about Bollywood movies release date clashes has become too regular. In the month of July and August, a lot of movies are releasing and there seems to be a total chaos with the availability of dates in these two months. The recent news about one such clash is where Actor Rajkummar Rao will be seen competing with himself at the box office. Actor’s 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' project with Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, which also stars Kirti Sanon and Ayushmann Khurrana will be releasing on the same date as of his Amit Masurkar's 'Newton'. Both the movies will release on August 18th. ‘Newton’ movie has been premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in February and it bagged the International Federation of Art Cinemas award at the festival. Whereas, ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ will be a romantic comedy movie. Earlier this year on 9th June, Rajkummar Rao's, ‘Behen Hogi Teri’ which was his solo movie with Shruti Hasan, was also released and on the same date ‘Raabta’ also released which also featured him in a cameo. On the same day Shraddha Kapoor’s ‘Haseena Parkar’ will also release, which is a true story based on the life and times of the sister of India’s Most Wanted Don. All the three movies releasing on the same date holds potential and an impressive star cast. It will be indeed interesting to see which one fares well at the Box Office.
