Ishaan Khattar And Jhanvi Kapoor Starrer ‘Dhadak’ Goes On Floor

It was announced a few weeks ago that Ishaan Khattar and Jhanvi Kapoor will make their Bollywood debut with Shahshank Khaitan’s ‘Dhadak’, which will be the remake of Marathi Blockbuster ‘Sairat’. Well, Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother has already made his film debut with Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond The Clouds’ but that is not a Bollywood film, so technically this will be his first Bollywood film. The movie is on talk, ever since the producer Karan Johar announced it, both the young stars Ishaan and Jhanvi have become big personalities after the announced of this movie and excitement is high for this film. Recently, in an interview, Shashank said that the basic premise of the movie is same but he had to do a few changes to make the story believable in Rajasthan. He added, “It wasn’t tough to get the poster look for the film as we were sticking to the story that we have written and the world that we have created.” Shashank has previously directed movies like ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’, which won praises from the critics and the audience. He is certainly a good director to direct a movie like ‘Dhadak’, he understands the environment of the small town. Karan has also announced the sequel of his 2012 super hit film ‘Student Of The Year’ starring Tiger Shroff and will be directed by Punit Malhotra.
