Box office collection - The Diana Penty, Jimmy Shergil, Abhay Deol, and Ali Fazal starring movie Happy Bhaag Jaayegi has hit the screens this weekend on 19th August 2016. The light hearted comedy film is not that much well promoted and well star cast film but the film still has its own audience. The comedy flick Happy Bhaag Jayegi box office collection so far is 22.11 crores. However the film is not opened so well at the box office but it is good for average starring movie. The film stars Abhay Deol, Jimmy Shergil, Ali Fazal and Diana Penty but there is no any such big name who can pull the crowd in the theaters. So if the film will recover its budget and earn some profit around five crores approx then it will surely count as hit film like Tanu Weds Manu from same production houses. But if see the box office reports of Aanand L Rai's films like Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhanaa both the film didn't opened so much well. However here we can except Tanu Weds Manu Returns as it was a sequel so people know about the flick already. So that film opened good at the box office besides this both film Raanjhana and Tanu Weds Manu raised their collections after the word of mouth. So the makers of the film are expecting growth on collections of the film after the weekend or in weekdays. The film has directed by Muddassar Aziz who last directed Dulha Mil Gaya in 2010 starring Fardeen Khan and Sushmita Sen. The film known for Shahrukh Khan's extended cameo. This film Happy Bhaag Jayegi has produced by Aanand L Rai and Krishika Lulla, this is their third venture together. However Aanand Rai has connected with the film as producer. Diana Penty has made her Bollywood comeback after four years with this film.
