‘Guest iin London’ Box Office Collection Day Wise Budget Hit or Flop

The movie ‘Guest iin London’ released this week with actress Sridevi’s comeback movie ‘MOM’. With the low-key promotions and less known star cast apart from Paresh Rawal, the movie failed to impress at the Box Office so far. The movie which was a sequel to a superhit 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge' couldn't pull the crowds to the theatres. The same storyline set in a different location with same old jokes and punches became on of the major reasons for the disappointment for the audience. The movie just had 8-10 % occupancy on the first day, which is very low. The movie made in a budget of 25 crores and released on 800-1000 screens across the nation went on to get just  8-10 % occupancy on the first day, which is very low. Considering the budget of the movie, it seems a mountain task for the movie to even recover its expenses. On the first day, the Box office collections reported are approx. 1 crore from the movie. Considering the bad reviews all across in the coming week the future of the movie doesn't appear bright. Apart from the weak script the reason for the movie to be a failure at the Box Office is the movies that released on the same day ‘Mom’ and Hollywood’s one of the biggest film of the year ‘Spiderman: Homecoming’. MOM Movie Box Office Collection Sridevi's ‘Mom’, on the other hand, has also received a mild opening but with word of mouth the movie might pick up its pace. But we doubt if that would happen with ‘Guest iin London’, as a coming week is going to witness another big budget and big starrer movie 'Jagga Jasoos'.
