Akshaye Khanna Opens About His Role In Upcoming Movie 'MOM'

Actor Akshaye Khanna, who was last seen in the movie ‘Dishoom’ in a negative role of Wagha, recently shared about his role in upcoming movie ‘MOM’ and his plans ahead. The actor shared that he will be seen in the upcoming movie ‘MOM’ as an investigating officer. He said though the movie completely belongs to the actress Sridevi, yet his role in the movie is impactful. On his working experience with Sridevi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the actor shared that both are very professional at work. He specially mentioned about Sridevi, that the actress has a very well defined space while working and no one can encroach that, and he respects that as she is a very senior actress. He also shared that not only him, Nawaz and Sridevi, but all the other actors in the movie 'MOM' and their roles are so well defined, that the movie will be something to look at, for the performances in it. On asking him, that why he took a break from the movies for four long years, the actor said, that he was away from the silver screen for four years due to personal reasons. The 42-year-old actor said that he has been working since the age of 19, and not working for a stretch of a time is torturous for him. But he took a break due to some unavoidable reasons. About his future projects, the actor Akshaye Khanna had to say that now he is now looking for meaningful roles. He said that the role could be smaller but should be impactful and he will definitely give a yes for it.
